For attorneys
When your client's digital life may become leverage.
Separation, a business dispute or an inheritance conflict can leave a client unsure who still has access to their private information. They may sense a problem without knowing which account, device or past arrangement matters.
Request a private conversation
Dr. Lior Tabansky works directly with the client, in person, to assess relevant access within their authorized environment, address approved urgent issues where safely possible and explain the priorities and recommended next steps. The client gains a clearer basis for deciding which technical changes to authorize.
When a referral may help
- Someone appears to know private information the client did not knowingly share.
- The client is unsure which devices, recovery routes or shared services still connect them to a former partner, colleague or relative.
- Password changes have not clarified who can regain access or see shared information.
- Personal accounts or devices overlap with a business or family dispute.
- The client needs to understand the consequences of changes before authorizing them.
These concerns can justify a review. They do not establish unauthorized access or wrongdoing.
Work starts with the client's authority
A referral does not authorize access to devices, accounts or findings. The client must authorize the work and have lawful authority over the environment being reviewed. They remain present, control their credentials and approve material changes.
Toza does not keep credentials for ongoing use, remotely control or monitor devices, or install security software on them. Coordination with counsel requires the client's permission; the referring attorney is not automatically a recipient of personal information or findings.
Hands-on inspection, diagnosis and urgent first aid
Private Exposure Assessment · Typically four hours
₪4,000 including VAT
Dr. Tabansky inspects the relevant access with the client on one main phone and one PC, iPad or second phone, including digital identities, accounts, apps, recovery routes and access to data. We complete the agreed intake, access mapping, diagnosis and approved urgent first aid where safely possible within scope.
The client receives a practical summary of what was reviewed, found and changed, what remains and the next steps, even if they buy nothing further. Review is limited to what is disclosed, observable or otherwise lawfully accessible within the authorized environment and agreed scope. Additional work or price requires agreement first.
A setup fitted to the client's circumstances
The client can choose tailored hardening without an established intrusion. Personal Shield combines hardening of agreed device, identity, account and data-access settings with practical security habits and personal teaching. Verification and a private dated record help the client understand the resulting setup and what changed. Inner Circle extends protection to a household of up to four people and up to twelve pooled devices; larger or more complex requirements require a separately agreed scope.
Full engagements have their own scope and price. The assessment does not commit the client to continuing.
Full services, prices and credit conditions · How Toza helps
Coordinate consequential changes
Changing recovery details, ending shared access or separating services can interrupt access or create notifications. Toza explains the relevant effects before material changes are approved. With the client's permission, timing can be coordinated with counsel. Legal strategy remains with the attorney; the client authorizes technical changes.
A practical summary, with clear limits
With the client's explicit authorization, an attorney-friendly summary can describe the work and remaining issues. The client decides what may be disclosed. A summary or dated record does not establish what another person did.
Toza does not investigate other people, reconstruct events forensically, preserve a chain of custody, prepare court evidence or provide legal conclusions. The work and its records are not a forensic report or evidence document and do not guarantee that every exposure is found or removed.
Discuss whether Toza fits your client's situation.
Send a short, neutral WhatsApp or Signal message about a possible referral. Dr. Tabansky replies personally as soon as possible. The first conversation checks fit and urgency; it includes no device or document review, mapping, diagnosis or technical work. There is no purchase commitment.
Suggested message: “I'd like a private conversation about a possible referral. Please let me know the next step.”
Keep identifying case details out of the first message. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, screenshots, legal documents, intimate material or details, or detailed allegations.
If the service fits, the client receives a written scope and price. The paid visit is scheduled after the client's explicit acceptance and receipt of payment.
