Is Toza the right kind of help?
Do I need to know what is wrong before contacting you?
No. You can have a concern, a hunch, or a wish to take a more deliberate approach to your digital life. You do not need to identify an account, setting or technical fault. The first conversation checks whether Toza fits; examining your digital environment belongs to the paid Assessment. A concern alone does not establish that someone has accessed your information.
How is this different from IT support or help from someone I know?
A working device can still expose private information through connections with other accounts, apps or services. A sharing permission or recovery setting is one part of that picture. Its significance depends on what it connects to and your circumstances.
General advice can explain a setting. Toza applies expert judgment to your actual setup: tracing relevant connections, explaining what they allow and selecting changes in a considered sequence. Dr. Lior Tabansky carries out the agreed technical work with you. Separately purchased hardening includes practical security habits and personal teaching; material changes require your approval.
Routine support, individual security tools and help from someone you know can all be useful. Use the comparison below to consider the scope you need.
| Option | Useful for | Check when your concern is personal exposure |
|---|---|---|
| Someone you know | Familiar help with setup or a specific problem | Whether you want to share the personal context, and whether the person can follow access across devices and accounts |
| IT support | Device faults, setup, maintenance and agreed technical work | Whether the agreed scope includes your personal situation, connected access, change sequencing and verification |
| Apple, Google or Microsoft support | Questions or access problems within that provider's products and services | Which cross-provider connections and personal circumstances fall outside the support request |
| A password manager | Creating and managing credentials | Which signed-in devices, recovery methods and sharing permissions still need separate attention |
| Antivirus or endpoint protection | Detecting threats covered by the product's capabilities | Whether the concern is malicious software or legitimate access that is no longer appropriate |
| A private investigator | Investigative work within an agreed lawful scope | Whether you need investigation or protection of your own digital environment; Toza provides the latter |
| Your own changes | Steps you understand and can carry out confidently | Whether you know the effects on other accounts, recovery and shared access before changing them |
An existing adviser or IT provider may already cover part of the work. We explain Toza's scope so you can make an informed choice, without assuming other help is inadequate.
Do you monitor my devices or install security software?
No. Toza does not monitor your devices or install security software on them. The work focuses on the settings and access arrangements within your authorized environment. Personal Shield and Inner Circle also include practical security habits and personal teaching so you understand how to use the resulting setup.
Getting started
Is the first conversation the paid service?
No. The first conversation checks whether Toza fits your situation, whether anything appears urgent and what the next step should be. It includes no device inspection, mapping, diagnosis or technical work. Contacting Toza does not commit you to a purchase.
What happens before I pay or book a visit?
If the service fits, you receive a written offer with the work, inclusions, exclusions, price, agreed additions and payment terms. You explicitly accept it and make payment before we schedule the initial visit. No paid work starts before acceptance and receipt of payment. Preparation instructions are sent directly.
What should I send in the first message?
Send a short, neutral message through WhatsApp or Signal, such as: “I'd like a private conversation. Please let me know the next step.” Dr. Tabansky replies personally as soon as possible.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, screenshots, legal documents, intimate material or details, or detailed allegations in that first message.
What you gain from the first paid visit
What does the first visit cover?
Private Exposure Assessment covers one main phone and one other device: a PC, iPad or second phone. We review the relevant digital identities, accounts, apps, permissions, signed-in devices, recovery routes and shared services, including access to private messages, photos, documents and location information.
We work only within your authorized digital environment, reviewing what is disclosed, observable or otherwise lawfully accessible within the agreed scope. This is not a promise to find accounts or devices that have not been identified.
What do I get for ₪4,000?
The price includes VAT and direct, in-person work with Dr. Tabansky. We listen to your concerns, inspect the relevant devices, accounts and access, and diagnose what needs attention. You can ask questions as we go; we explain what the findings mean for your situation.
Where urgent exposure can be addressed safely within the agreed scope, we make the changes with your approval. You also receive a practical summary and ordered next steps. The work includes approved urgent fixes; broader protection work is a separate decision.
How long should I allow?
Typically four hours. We complete the agreed intake, access mapping, diagnosis and approved urgent first aid. Four hours is a typical duration, not an automatic cutoff or a trigger for purchasing another service.
What do I receive if I decide not to continue?
A clear summary of what we reviewed, what urgent exposure we found, what we changed, what remains and the recommended next steps. You receive it even if you buy nothing further. There is no automatic continuation to Personal Shield or another service.
What if you find a serious problem outside my original concern?
We explain it and obtain your approval before addressing it. If the proposed work expands the scope or price, we agree that with you first. Finding an urgent problem does not authorize unagreed work or charges.
Hardening and teaching for you or your close circle
What does Personal Shield include?
Personal Shield costs ₪32,000 including VAT for one person and up to three everyday devices.
We harden the settings and access arrangements for the agreed devices, digital identities, accounts, apps and data. Practical security habits and personal teaching help you use the resulting setup. The work follows a defined baseline with additional checks and changes relevant to your devices and situation. It includes:
- New core accounts where needed, and essential migration of identity, recovery and critical-service access.
- Two compatible physical security keys, selected, supplied, configured and tested.
- Personal teaching in the changed setup and practical security habits, including granting access, sharing information, signing in and recovering accounts.
- Verification against the applicable checklist and testing of material changes.
- A private dated record of the work.
- One primary working day, with a second day included if needed at no extra charge.
- A 60-day question line for questions about completed work, answered within one working day.
You do not need a known intrusion to want a setup fitted to your life. We explain the proposed hardening and confirm its scope and price before you decide to purchase it.
Does migration include all my files and old accounts?
Essential migration covers identity, recovery routes and critical-service access where needed. Historical archives and bulk data migration require a separately agreed scope. The written offer identifies the work to be done; the service does not promise unlimited accounts or data transfers.
What does the 60-day question line cover?
The 60-day question line covers questions and guidance about completed work. WhatsApp and Signal replies are answered within one working day. New work is agreed and priced separately. It does not involve remote control, general IT support or ongoing monitoring.
What does Inner Circle include?
Inner Circle costs ₪70,000 including VAT for a household of up to four, up to 12 pooled everyday devices and eight supplied security keys. One shared home network and router are included. The 12-month review visit is included.
Each person receives the same standard of hardening, essential migration, practical security habits, personal teaching and verification as Personal Shield. Two compatible security keys per person are supplied, configured and tested, eight keys in total. The scope, schedule and final price are agreed in writing before acceptance.
Does each person need a separate paid initial visit?
The initial ₪4,000 visit covers the initial client and that client's two devices and relevant accounts. Review and mapping for the remaining group are included in the separately purchased Inner Circle engagement. The eligible ₪4,000 credit is applied once to the group engagement, not once per participant.
How long does Inner Circle take, and when does support begin?
The group receives a follow-up visit at about four weeks and a 60-day question line from completion. Questions about completed work are answered within one working day. The 12-month review visit is included.
What records does the group receive, and who sees them?
Each participant receives a private dated record. The shared-network work is documented separately. Personal details are shared only with that participant's consent; being part of the same engagement does not grant access to another person's information.
Prices, credit and urgent visits
How does the ₪4,000 credit work?
The initial fee is credited in full toward Personal Shield, Personal Shield for Two, Inner Circle or Bespoke Private Protection if the selected engagement begins within 30 days of completion of the initial service. Booking alone does not qualify.
The eligible ₪4,000 credit applies once to a group engagement, not once per participant. Agreed additions are separate. For Bespoke, it is deducted from the agreed total. See the full prices and remaining balances.
The initial service is paid work with its own summary. The credit applies when its conditions are met; it is not an automatic discount on every later service.
When does the four-hour urgent arrival clock start?
We confirm availability before you pay. For an accepted four-hour booking in Central Israel, we arrive within four hours of both Toza's acceptance and receipt of payment. The clock starts when both conditions are met, not when the first message is sent. This is an arrival commitment, not a four-hour completion promise.
Outside Central Israel, we agree the arrival time and travel terms before you accept.
What does an urgent visit cost?
The ordinary urgent surcharge is ₪4,800 including VAT, added to the agreed base service price. For the ₪4,000 initial visit, that makes ₪8,800 including VAT.
Urgent weekend or holiday visits carry a ₪6,000 VAT-inclusive surcharge, making the initial visit ₪10,000 including VAT. The weekend/holiday surcharge replaces the ordinary surcharge; the two are not added together. Other charges apply only if separately agreed.
What if I need additional work or ongoing care?
Additional people or devices, network work beyond the included scope and vehicle access reviews are quoted individually. Bespoke Private Protection has an individually agreed scope and price for severe, unusual or highly complex circumstances. Any expansion needs your approval before work begins.
Annual Care is available to past clients after the 60-day question line. It costs ₪12,000 a year for one person, ₪15,000 for two or ₪20,000 for a household of up to four. The included 60-day question line is separate. See Annual Care pricing and conditions.
Privacy and client control
Do I give you my passwords or remote access?
You control your passwords, recovery codes and authentication throughout. Do not send them in advance. You may need to sign in on your own devices while we work. Toza does not keep your credentials for ongoing use or remotely control your devices.
Will you see private messages, photos or documents?
Some information may be visible on your own screen where it is necessary for the agreed work, with you present. We explain the relevant access and agree what needs to be reviewed. The service is not a general inspection of your private content.
Is cloud processing involved, and do you keep records?
Your situation and the information you share are handled confidentially. Your accounts and shared services may themselves use cloud systems. During the core engagement, Toza does not upload a client dataset to a Toza cloud-analysis platform or retain a copy or comprehensive log of your digital life beyond agreed deliverables and ordinary lawful business records. This does not mean that no cloud services or administrative records exist.
Can someone notice my contact with Toza or the changes we make?
Contact through WhatsApp or Signal is not guaranteed to be invisible on your device or account. Keep the first message short and neutral.
Some changes are visible. Ending a signed-in session, for example, signs that device out. We explain material changes and agree their timing and sequence with you before acting. We do not promise that changes will go unnoticed.
Service boundaries
Can you prove who accessed my account, investigate someone or collect evidence?
No. We examine your own authorized digital environment and reduce the exposure identified within the agreed scope. We do not investigate another person, attribute past activity, reconstruct events forensically, collect court evidence or give legal advice. Finding a current access path does not prove who used it or how information reached someone else.
Is the dated record a certification or a security guarantee?
No. It is a practical, dated account of the work performed, not a forensic report, legal opinion, court-evidence document or certification. A technically blocked or declined action is not presented as a completed change. The record does not guarantee that every possible exposure has been found or removed.
Can my attorney or adviser be involved?
Yes, with your authorization. An attorney-friendly summary can be provided where useful, including after the initial service. An attorney's referral does not itself authorize access to your accounts or disclosure of your information. The summary does not turn the service into legal advice or evidence collection.
You do not need to know where to look.
Send a short, neutral message through WhatsApp or Signal. Dr. Tabansky replies personally. Contacting Toza does not commit you to purchase; paid work follows only after your explicit acceptance of the written offer and receipt of payment.
