Business and founder disputes

When business interests diverge, ordinary access can become commercial leverage.

A personal email may recover a business account. A phone may authenticate both private and work services. A folder shared during a partnership may still reveal confidential documents or plans you intend to keep private after the relationship changes.

Request a private conversation

In person · With you present · You control your credentials

You may already have difficult decisions to make about the business. Dr. Lior Tabansky works with you, in person, on the personal digital access connected to those decisions. He explains what matters and helps you work through the changes you are authorized to make.

See where personal and business access still meet

A personal identity may control business access while a work service exposes private information. Looking at either account alone can miss the relationship between them.

Dr. Tabansky examines the relevant connections across your devices, identities and services, including what they permit and what depends on them. The work gives you a basis for separating access deliberately while accounting for services you still need. It stays within your lawful authority and agreed scope.

A connection does not establish that a partner, competitor or adviser has used access improperly.

Understand what a change will affect before you approve it

A password change can leave a recovery address or shared session unchanged. Removing an account can interrupt services you still use.

We trace the relevant identities, permissions and recovery routes, explain what they allow, and agree the sequence with you. You gain a clearer basis for changing access without having to work out those dependencies alone. Work beyond the agreed scope or price requires fresh agreement.

Put the technical questions in experienced hands

Private Exposure Assessment · Typically four hours

₪4,000 including VAT

The paid visit includes hands-on inspection of relevant access on one main phone and one PC, iPad or second phone, including identities, accounts, apps and access to data. We complete the agreed intake, access mapping, diagnosis and approved urgent first aid where safely possible within scope. Review is limited to what is disclosed, observable or otherwise lawfully accessible in your authorized environment.

You receive a summary of what was reviewed, found and changed, what remains and the next steps, even if you buy nothing further. The initial visit does not automatically expand into group or company-wide work.

Personal Shield hardens the agreed settings and access arrangements around your personal and professional circumstances, with practical security habits, teaching and verification. The work can include closing unwanted shared access and strengthening sign-in and recovery. You learn how to manage the changed setup. Its scope and price require a separate decision; a group or unusually complex situation may need a different agreed service.

Personal work, with clear authority

Shared business accounts are reviewed only where lawful access and agreed authority permit. A dispute does not itself authorize changes to company systems or another person's accounts.

Toza is not a corporate security audit, security-operations service or counter-espionage engagement. We do not investigate the other side, reconstruct events forensically, collect legal evidence or give legal opinions. We do not promise to find or close every possible access path.

You remain present, approve material changes and control your credentials. Toza does not keep them for ongoing use, remotely control your devices, monitor them or install security software on them.

Your attorney or adviser can be involved with your permission. An authorized summary explains the work; it is not a forensic report or evidence document. Privacy and service boundaries · Information for attorneys

Suggested message: “I'd like a private conversation. Please let me know the next step.”

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, screenshots, legal documents, intimate material or details, or detailed allegations in the first message.

If the service fits, you receive a written scope and price. The paid visit is scheduled after your explicit acceptance and receipt of payment.
