Changing one password does not tell you what a shared service or recovery setting allows. Ending an arrangement can also affect access you rely on.
We explain the relevant connections and the effects of proposed changes. You decide what to authorize. The work concerns access you are authorized to manage; it does not decide ownership or legal entitlement to family or estate information.

The paid visit includes inspection of relevant access on one main phone and one PC, iPad or second phone, including digital identities, accounts, apps, recovery routes and access to data. We complete the agreed intake, access mapping, diagnosis and approved urgent first aid where safely possible within scope.
You receive a practical summary of what was reviewed, found and changed, what remains and the next steps, even if you buy nothing further. We review only what is disclosed, observable or otherwise lawfully accessible within your authorized environment and agreed scope. Additional work or price requires your agreement first.
Make deliberate choices about future access
Personal Shield hardens the agreed settings and access arrangements to reflect your current circumstances. It includes personal teaching and verification. You learn practical habits for granting access, sharing information and recovering accounts in the resulting setup. The scope and price are agreed separately; additional people or a different environment require their own agreed scope.

Your information and your attorney
You remain present, approve material changes and control your credentials. Toza does not keep them for ongoing use, remotely control your devices, monitor them or install security software on them.
A family connection does not authorize work on someone else's account or device. Toza does not determine who is entitled to an account, document or asset. We do not investigate relatives, reconstruct past events forensically, collect evidence or give legal advice.
With your authorization, an attorney-friendly summary can describe the work and remaining issues. A referral does not automatically give counsel access to findings or personal information. The summary is not a forensic report or evidence document, and the work does not guarantee that every exposure is found or removed.
