How Toza helps
Work through your concerns with the person who makes the changes.
You do not have to work out what is wrong before we meet. During the paid Assessment, Dr. Lior Tabansky listens to your concerns, inspects relevant devices and access, diagnoses what needs attention and makes approved urgent first-aid fixes where safely possible within scope. If you choose a full engagement, he hardens the agreed setup with you and teaches you how to use it.

In person · With you present · You control your credentials
You work with him directly, in person. You control your credentials and approve material changes. The Assessment and broader hardening are separate purchases; each stage has its own result.
Decide whether Toza fits before you buy
1. Start with your situation, even if you cannot name the problem
Contact us through WhatsApp or Signal. Dr. Tabansky replies personally as soon as possible. The first conversation checks fit, urgency, location and practical arrangements. It includes no device inspection, mapping, diagnosis or technical work. Contacting Toza does not commit you to purchase.
Suggested message: “I'd like a private conversation. Please let me know the next step.”
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, screenshots, legal documents, intimate material or details, or detailed allegations in the first message.
2. Know the scope and price before committing
If the service fits, we send a written offer setting out the work, inclusions, exclusions, price, agreed additions and payment terms. The initial visit is scheduled after you explicitly accept and payment is received. Preparation instructions come directly from us.

3. See how your devices, identities and data are connected
We start by listening: what brought you here, what you want to keep private and what you are unsure about. We also discuss which accounts matter and who previously had legitimate access. The work covers one main phone and one other device: a PC, iPad or second phone, together with relevant identities, accounts, apps, permissions, recovery routes and connected services.
We examine how those connections work together and what they allow, including access to relevant messages, photos, documents and location information. You do not have to arrive with a list of suspected weaknesses. Dr. Tabansky interprets the relevant access in the context of your life and explains what deserves attention. The review uses what is disclosed, observable or otherwise lawfully accessible within your authorized environment and agreed scope.
4. Have approved first-aid fixes made during the visit
Where we find urgent exposure that can be addressed safely within the agreed scope, we make the approved changes during the visit. We explain what a material change does before acting.
Changing access can affect another device, a shared service or a recovery route. We consider the sequence with you. If an unrelated serious issue emerges, or further work would expand the scope or price, we explain it and obtain your approval before that additional work begins.
5. Leave with priorities you can act on
You receive a clear summary of what was reviewed, what urgent exposure was found, what we changed, what remains, the priorities and recommended next steps. You receive it even if you buy nothing further.
The initial visit completes the agreed intake, access mapping, diagnosis and approved urgent first aid. Broader hardening is a separate purchase decision. We explain the work needed and its scope and price; you choose whether to continue.
Have the agreed setup hardened around your life
6. Choose the scope that suits your situation
Personal Shield hardens up to three everyday devices for one person. Personal Shield for Two covers two people and up to six pooled devices. Inner Circle covers a household of up to four and up to twelve pooled devices, with one shared home network and router. The first Assessment covers the initial client; review and mapping for the remaining group belong to the separately purchased Inner Circle engagement. Bespoke Private Protection has an individually agreed scope and price when different work is needed.
We explain the recommendation and set out the work and price in writing before you decide. The full ₪4,000 Assessment fee is credited toward Personal Shield, Personal Shield for Two, Inner Circle or a larger protection engagement if work begins within 30 days of Assessment completion. Booking alone does not qualify. The credit applies once to a group engagement; agreed additions are separate.
7. Replace accumulated arrangements with deliberate choices
Every Shield hardens settings and access arrangements for the agreed devices, digital identities, accounts, apps and data around your circumstances. A known intrusion is not required to choose this work. The work can include closing unwanted access, strengthening sign-in and recovery, and changing sharing permissions. All three Shields include essential migration where needed and physical security-key setup.
We explain material changes and their effects before you approve them, then test the changes and verify the applicable work against the checklist. Historical archives and bulk data migration require a separately agreed scope. A technically blocked or declined action is not presented as a completed change.
Toza does not monitor your devices or install security software on them.
8. Learn how to use the resulting setup
Both services include personal teaching and practical security habits tailored to your situation. We work with you on granting access, sharing information, signing in and recovering accounts. You learn how to use the changed arrangements in daily life. Your private dated record provides a reference for the work performed.
For Inner Circle, each participant receives a private record; the shared-network work is recorded separately. Personal details are shared only with that participant’s consent.
Get help with the changes afterward
Each Shield includes a follow-up visit at about four weeks and a 60-day question line from completion. Questions about completed work are answered within one working day. Inner Circle also includes a review visit at 12 months.
Annual Shield Review and Priority Retainer are optional, individually quoted follow-up services after a completed full service. They are separate from the included 60-day question line.
You approve changes and decide what an adviser receives
You control your passwords, recovery codes and authentication; Toza does not keep them for ongoing use or remotely control your devices. We work within your authorized environment. We do not investigate another person, reconstruct past events forensically, collect legal evidence or give legal advice. An attorney-friendly summary is shared only with your authorization. The dated record is not certification or a guarantee that no exposure remains.
Need an urgent visit?
We confirm availability before you pay. For an accepted four-hour urgent booking in Central Israel, arrival is within four hours of both Toza’s acceptance and receipt of payment. The clock starts when both conditions are met. This is an arrival commitment, not completion within four hours. Outside Central Israel, arrival time and travel terms are agreed before you accept.
You do not need to know where to look.
Send a short, neutral message through WhatsApp or Signal. We will confirm fit and the next step before you decide about the paid visit.
