A personal note
In two decades of cybersecurity work, I kept noticing a contradiction. People are discerning about their advisers, investments and personal choices, yet their phones, accounts and apps still run on defaults or arrangements someone made for them years ago.
Those settings were not chosen around their private risks. They do not amount to a personal assessment of what needs protection, what information can reveal or how life changes affect access.
Private information can become leverage over your money, reputation and decisions. A private intention does not establish that information remains private. Copies, shared access and separate details can reveal more than the account you first suspect.
I created Toza to bring my cybersecurity experience directly to private individuals: understand their circumstances, identify the risks and carry out protection fitted to their lives. When you engage Toza, you work with me personally from understanding the situation to making and verifying the agreed changes.

Practical international experience
My work has included national cybersecurity strategy and cyber-resilience projects with the World Bank across 11 countries, working with colleagues and local teams. It requires judging risks, setting priorities and turning recommendations into work that fits the people and systems involved.
At Toza, I apply that judgment to your private circumstances and personally carry out the agreed technical work. The expert who understands the situation is the expert making the changes with you.
National-security practices, tailored to you.
Toza draws on relevant public guidance from the UK National Cyber Security Centre, US National Security Agency and US Department of Defense's operational security principles.
The work considers both access and what information reveals: which accounts and devices need stronger protection, what digital traces disclose, and how separate details can reveal something consequential when combined. Operational security means changing the practices that expose information in daily life, alongside the technical settings.
I select and adapt the relevant measures to your threat model and the services you need to keep using. The result is protection fitted to your circumstances, with practical teaching so you can use it.

The paid Private Exposure Assessment — ₪4,000 including VAT, typically four hours — develops your personal threat model and examines relevant apps, devices, accounts and digital traces. It covers one main phone and one PC, iPad or second phone, with their relevant identities, accounts and data access.
Your practical summary sets out the specific risk assessment, priorities and ordered next steps. It establishes the plan for hardening, identity and recovery changes and operational security practices. Urgent exposure identified during the visit receives approved first aid where safely possible within scope. The Assessment completes the agreed intake, mapping, diagnosis and approved urgent first aid; you receive its summary whether or not you continue.
Personal Shield — ₪32,000 including VAT — carries out the separately accepted protection work for one person and up to three everyday devices. Toza will harden the agreed setup, establish new core accounts and migrate essential access where needed, configure the two included physical security keys, test material changes and teach you how to use the resulting arrangements. You receive a private dated record.
The published Personal Shield price is fixed for its included scope. The Assessment determines the relevant work; additions or a different service are separately agreed. The full Assessment fee is credited if the full engagement begins within 30 days of completion of the initial service; booking alone does not qualify. With eligible credit, the remaining Personal Shield balance is ₪28,000 including VAT.

If Toza fits, you receive a written scope and price before paying. The initial visit is scheduled after your explicit acceptance and receipt of payment. You stay present during the work, approve material changes and control your credentials.
